Ronald Alan Kubik Killed in Afghanistan

Army soldier from Brielle is killed in Afghanistan is an online article reporting that Sgt. Ronald Alan Kubik, who was serving in the United States Army, was killed in Afghanistan. Kubik was from Brielle. He attended Manasquan High School and was on the wrestling team.

An online Asbury Park Press article notes that Kubik was 21 years old and had sustained wounds during combat operations. There is a photo of him.

Governor Christie Battling Unions

International Liberty features an article titled The Right Way to Deal with Budget Problems. It quotes from a Wall Street Journal editorial lauding New Jersey Governor Christie. I like this informative editorial quote:
